We've added Your Team, one place to manage everyone who touches your properties, teammates and vendors alike, plus maintenance requests that assign themselves.
One roster for everyone
- Settings → Your Team is now a single roster for teammates who log in and vendors who mostly don't.
- Every record shows status at a glance: Active, Invited, or No Access.
- Search finds anyone fast, and each vendor record can hold their trade, insurance dates, and W-9 status, so it's on file instead of buried in email.
Maintenance that routes itself
- Assign a "maintenance contact" to a property, and every new maintenance request for that property goes straight to them automatically.
- No more manually assigning requests as they come in, the right person is already on it.
Vendors start with no access to RentRedi by default, since most contractors and outside help just need to be reachable, not logged in. But if a vendor does need it, you can grant them full RentRedi access the same way you would for any teammate, it's your call.
Everyone who touches your properties is now in one place with exactly the access they need. This is live for everyone now, head to Settings → Your Team and add the people you're already working with.
