You can now see how your entire portfolio is performing in one place.
We've added a new Performance tab with a
Portfolio Performance
view that gives you a rolled-up snapshot of key metrics across all your properties:
  • Net Operating Income
  • Cash Flow
  • Cash on Cash Return
  • Estimated Equity
The new
Property Breakdown section
displays these metrics per property with month-over-month comparisons, so you can quickly spot where you're trending up or down.
Income pulls from your recorded rent payments and expenses pull from your Accounting section automatically. If you're missing data, use the Portfolio Coverage quick action to fill in mortgage, equity, and cash invested by property.
We've replaced the previous Listings tab shortcut with a dedicated Listings page, giving you a complete, at-a-glance view of every listing across your portfolio without needing to navigate through Properties and Units first.
What's new
  • Active / inactive filters: quickly filter by active or taken-down listings to confirm what's live and spot anything that needs to be re-listed.
  • Listing detail table: see address, unit, status, days listed, date added, date taken down, rent, and Zillow syndication status all in one view.
  • Quick actions: edit the listing, view associated applications, view pre-qualifications, or jump to unit details from here.
  • Zillow at a glance: if you use Zillow as a paid syndication service, instantly see which units are currently listed there.
You can now add a profile photo directly to any tenant's card.
  1. From your Tenants list, select the tenant you'd like to add a photo for.
  2. Click the avatar placeholder in the top left corner of their profile.
  3. Choose a photo from your device.
And just like that — your tenant's photo is uploaded, and they have a face to go with their lease.
You can now create multiple late fee rules per property to match your lease terms. Stack rules to set up tiered structures like 5% for days 1-5, then 10% for days 6-10. We also added monthly recurring fees alongside daily and weekly options. Find late fee settings in Feature Settings, on a property's Charges tab in the More dropdown, or by typing "late fee" in the search box.

Landlords can now add itemized fees to their Zillow listings. These are charges that apply in addition to rent, such as pet rent, parking, HOA fees, and more. They'll display directly on Zillow, so prospective tenants have full visibility before they apply. This works for all property types, including multifamily.
To try it out, click on the "+ Add fee" link on the create listing screen.

That will add an itemized fee that you can customize.

The full Zillow listing process is detailed in the How to Post to Zillow from RentRedi help article.
You can now set
global default primary and security deposit accounts
that
automatically
apply whenever you add a new property. No more repetitive setup - just set it once and go.
What’s new:
  • Cleaner table view for all payment accounts
  • Clear visibility into
    property account connections
  • Ability to edit per property or
    use global defaults
  • Automatic account assignment for newly added properties
This update is designed to save you time and simplify scaling your portfolio.
Today, we released the ability to set up your
units with unique payment accounts
. If you’ve been managing unit-level finances in RentRedi, this should make things easier!
You can now:
  • Set primary and security deposit accounts per unit
  • Set global defaults for both
Previously, everything was set at the property level. Now you can:
  • Handle separate LLCs per unit
  • Support different owners within the same property
  • Keep accounting clean without workarounds
Units will inherit from the property or global defaults, but you can override at any time.
Please note: this will not change any of your existing payment account configurations - please go to the Payment Accounts page to update your accounts as needed.
You can now view your P&L broken down by
individual units
, with totals rolled up at the property level.
This makes it easier to:
  • Spot high (and low) performing units
  • Evaluate lease effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability
Prefer the old view? You can still group by property anytime.

Go beyond totals with the new
Income and Expenses report in Accounting
. A clearer breakdown of where your money is coming from - and where it’s going.
  • See income by category (rent, late fees, misc. charges, etc.)
  • Track expenses in detail across properties
  • Understand true net performance at a glance
Export the reports anytime (PDF or spreadsheet) and filter by specific properties or units.

You can now set
access rules specifically for the Accounting module
. This makes it easier to give your teammates the right level of visibility without opening up all your income and expense data.
To set this up:
  • Go to Teammates
  • Select a teammate
  • Grant them access to the
    Accounting
    module
  • Specify a property if needed
Please note:
  • If a teammate has access to
    "all modules"
they automatically have access the Accounting area, and no changes are needed.
  • If a teammate has
    specific module access
    (eg. only "Maintenance") they
    do not
have permission the Accounting area automatically. You will need to
    add it for them
    .
