You can now set
access rules specifically for the Accounting module
. This makes it easier to give your teammates the right level of visibility without opening up all your income and expense data.To set this up:
- Go to Teammates
- Select a teammate
- Grant them access to the Accountingmodule
- Specify a property if needed
Please note:
- If a teammate has access to "all modules"they automatically have access the Accounting area, and no changes are needed.
- If a teammate has specific module access(eg. only "Maintenance") theydo nothave permission the Accounting area automatically. You will need toadd it for them.
