We've refreshed the chat experience to make it easier to stay on top of conversations with tenants and teammates.
What's new:
- Unread chat notifications:A count now appears right in your side navigation whenever a new message comes in, so you'll never miss a conversation.
- Side-by-side chat view:Click your unread count to open a new split view: your chat list on the left, full conversation details on the right. Click through chats without losing your place.
- Attach files from the start:You can now attach an image right from the first message, instead of sending it after the chat has started.
- Unit & Tenant displays:Chats now show up in the context of a unit and tenant. On the unit's page and you'll find a new Chats tab showing all conversations tied to current linked tenants at that unit. On the tenant's page itself, a Chat tab there surfaces that same conversation history.
Whether you're looking at chat as a whole, by unit, or by tenant, you now have more ways to find the conversation you're looking for, with the right context.
