We've added a new Performance tab with a
Portfolio Performance
view that gives you a rolled-up snapshot of key metrics across all your properties:- Net Operating Income
- Cash Flow
- Cash on Cash Return
- Estimated Equity
The new
Property Breakdown section
displays these metrics per property with month-over-month comparisons, so you can quickly spot where you're trending up or down.Income pulls from your recorded rent payments and expenses pull from your Accounting section automatically. If you're missing data, use the Portfolio Coverage quick action to fill in mortgage, equity, and cash invested by property.
