Managing a unit turn or renovation used to mean juggling a handful of separate maintenance requests and tasks, with no way to see the whole job or what it's actually costing you. Maintenance Projects fixes that.
What's new
- A new Projects tab under Maintenance, with a summary list of every project (status, property, assignee).
- Create a project with a title, status, assignee, property, description, start date, and target completion date.
- Group any existing tasks and maintenance requests under it, and ungroup them later if plans change.
One view for the whole job
- Open a project to see everything at a glance: overall progress rolled up from every linked task and request, plus total cost summed from the linked maintenance requests.
- Attach photos and videos right on the project.
- Nothing moves into a new system, tasks and maintenance requests stay exactly where they already live, a project is just a layer that groups them.
