- The Rent, Costs & Fees step keeps every fee categorized (Utilities, Parking, Pets, HOA, and more) with clear Included, Optional, Required, or Conditional labels, plus a reminder that fee transparency laws require mandatory fees to be disclosed up front.
- Amenities are grouped into collapsible categories and searchable, so a long checklist is easy to scan instead of easy to lose.
- Review & List shows an exact preview of what renters will see before you publish, badges and all.
Easier to start, from anywhere
- Start a new listing straight from the Create New menu.
- Search "listing" from anywhere in RentRedi to jump right into the flow.
- Add Listing on the Listings dashboard now drops you straight into List Your Unit, no property page detour.
This is live for every landlord now. Head to Leasing → Listings → Add Listing (or Create New → New Listing) to try it on your next unit.
