You can now group your properties into Portfolios: by LLC, state, rental owner, or however makes sense for your business.
What's new:
- A new Portfolios option under the Properties and Units side navigation, where you can create and manage portfolios
- Creating one is simple: name it, select the properties to include, and save
- A new Filter By Portfolio option under your name (top right) lets you filter your entire RentRedi view down to just the properties in a selected portfolio
- Select multiple portfolios at once to see aggregated data across groups
- Click "Show all properties" anytime to clear the filter and return to your standard view
No action is needed if you don't need to set up portfolios, your existing navigation works exactly as before. But, if you manage properties across multiple entities or owners, Portfolios gives you an easy way to organize and filter your data by the groupings that matter to you.
