You can now update an existing lease without deleting it and starting over!
What's new
- Edit Lease:Change dates, rent, or tenants on the unit Overview. Paid charges stay put; unpaid future charges update to match.
- Convert to Month-to-Month:Switch a fixed-term lease to month-to-month from the lease menu, with a clear start date and charge preview.
- Leases tab:See current, upcoming, and previous leases for a unit in one place.
Where to find it
- Open any unit under Properties.
- Use Edit Lease on the Overview card, or open the new Leases tab.
Note: To remove a lease, open the ••• menu next to Edit Lease and choose Delete Lease.
