You can now archive old prequalifications or applications without notifying the applicant.
This is perfect for cases where you’ve already followed up outside of RentRedi and don’t want to trigger an extra (and potentially confusing) email through the app. Simply:
- Log in to your RentRedi dashboard
- Navigate to a pending prequalification or application
- Click "Archive"
If you need to review it later, you can find the archived entry under the Rejected tab.
